Visited this hotel recently and in the past the visits have been awesome.įirst for Veterans there is no discount offered directly from the Hotel. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come back to Baton Rouge. We had breakfast, a wrap and lox, at Milford’s on Third, which couldn’t have been more delicious. We had the pork and oysters app, the redfish dip app, gumbo and the mushroom flatbread - OUTSTANDING.
We had dinner at The Gregory, and again had an AMAZING EXPERIENCE with amazing service. The bed was so comfortable and the cleanliness gets another five stars. Our accommodations were more than what we expected - The decor, layout and attention to detail in this bank-themed room was total perfection. The front desk staff checked us in seamlessly. The last valet, John, made sure to ask how our experience was as we were leaving and that speaks volumes to the service there. The entire valet staff was amazing - we were coming and going frequently and they were super fast and very nice. We were only a 4 minute walk to our show! The staff was extremely welcoming, starting with valet, as they who you meet first and greeted us. My husband I came into Baton Rouge for the weekend to catch a comedy show at Raising Canes River Center and stayed at Watermark, and we were over-the-top pleased with our entire experience.
